Return & Refund Policy

Not happy? Let's fix it!

We have a 30-day return policy and a 60-day exchange policy upon receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused. You’ll also need the order number, receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@piperandmint.com. If your return falls within the allotted window, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. NOTE: You (the customer) will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item/size, so that we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges
Items are only eligible for exchange of a different size of the same style, subject to availability.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive the amount you paid less the shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
