Return & Refund Policy

At Piper & Mint, we want you to love your sleepwear. Here's how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds:

 

Eligibility

  • Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
  • Exchanges: Items can be exchanged for a different size of the same style within 60 days of receipt (subject to availability).

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in the same condition as when received
  • Order number, receipt, or proof of purchase must be provided

 

Returns

If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a money-back guarantee. We'll even cover the cost of return shipping. Simply contact us at hello@piperandmint.com within 30 days of receipt to initiate your return.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your item for a different size, you (the customer) will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We'll handle the shipping for the new size at no additional charge.

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at hello@piperandmint.com to request a return or exchange.
  2. If your request falls within the eligibility window, we'll provide instructions and a prepaid label for returns (for exchanges, return shipping fees will apply).

Important Notes:

  • Items returned or exchanged without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you're unhappy with the performance of our pajamas, we stand behind our products. Contact us at hello@piperandmint.com within 30 days of receipt, and we'll provide a full refund. 

 

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item or size, contact us immediately at hello@piperandmint.com, and we'll make it right. 

 

Refunds

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

Note: Processing times for banks or credit card companies may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
