Our styles are cut for real bodies, with a relaxed fit that doesn't cling. This chart is a starting point — individual fit preference may vary.

Measurement 1

Chest / Bust

Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it parallel to the floor. Don't pull too tight — you should be able to breathe comfortably.

Measurement 2

Waist

Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, usually about an inch above your belly button. Keep the tape comfortably loose.

Between sizes? Size up for a more relaxed, comfortable fit. Our fabric has stretch, so it moves with you either way — but most customers find they prefer a little extra room.
Tops and bottoms typically run true to size. If you want a more relaxed fit, size up. Our bottoms have an elastic waistband with up to 4 inches of stretch, so they're forgiving if you're between sizes on the waist. Some of our tops have a slimmer fit through the sleeve — if you're fuller in the arms, sizing up is a good call.
Postpartum or still pregnant? We recommend sizing up from your pre-pregnancy size for the first few months. If you're ordering a nursing style, the built-in shelf bra is stretchy and the straps are adjustable, so it accommodates a range of chest sizes — focus on how the fit feels through the bust and size up if you want more room.
