  • No HSA/FSA card handy?

    Pay with a regular card through Flex, then submit your receipt and letter to your plan for reimbursement.

It is a letter from a licensed provider confirming that an item is used to treat or manage a specific medical condition. For some products, the IRS requires one before you can use HSA/FSA funds. If you qualify, Flex emails it to you, usually within about 2 hours.
